Philadelphia, PA – September 23, 2007 - Dalet Gallery is pleased to present multi-media installation of New York artist Aleksandr Razin in the new exhibition, THE CIRCLE, which will be on view Oct 2-30.

As a post-modern conceptual artist, Aleksandr Razin looks for symbols to connect the content of his art with the contemporary world. In this exhibition, he explores and expands the image of the circle, using a mix of paintings and sculpture, presented in both figurative and abstract styles. Working on the edge of primitivism and expressionism, the artist strives to transmit a message of harmony, simplicity, and joy.

The author considers the primary goal of this installation as to create a visual environment that reminds people of a variety of joyful moments they experience in their daily lives.

The exhibition will be on view at the Dalet Gallery, 141 North 2nd Street, Old City, Philadelphia, PA 19106.
